What is the Return Policy?

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include the Delivery Note that comes with your order.
  • Be careful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume stains.
  • Socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
  • Final Sale or Archive Sale items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable

Carne Bollente reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund.

We offer free returns for customers in France. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must coordinate returns with their local postal service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly delivered.

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, accompanied by a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Order for a Refund?

To return items for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Scan the QR code on the Delivery Note or visit our Return Page
  3. Pack the items with the Delivery Note included.
  4. Ship at your expense (free returns for France) using a tracked method.

Once the items pass our quality check, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method and send you a confirmation email.

How to Exchange an Item?

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Review our Return Policy before proceeding.
  2. Email Customer Service at liaison@carnebollente.com with the item(s) you want to exchange.
  3. Start your exchange by scanning the QR code on the Delivery Note or visiting our returns page.
  4. Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange, including the Delivery Note.
  5. Ship at your expense (free returns for France) using a tracked method.

Once we receive and quality-check the returned items, we will initiate your exchange and send a confirmation email.

Please note: Shipping and return fees, as well as duties, are non-refundable.

Received the Wrong Item?

We apologise for the mix-up! Please contact Customer Service at liaison@carnebollente.com with your order number and include the following:

  • A photo of the incorrect item(s) with the barcode visible (found on the polybags or hang tag).
Received a Damaged Item?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please reach out to Customer Service at liaison@carnebollente.com with your order number and provide:

  • Photos of the shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product with the barcode visible (on the polybags or hang tag)
Purchased from Another Retailer?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers. Please contact the original store for assistance.

Are Sale Items Eligible for Return/Exchange?

Standard sale items can be returned or exchanged as per our return policy. However, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be indicated on the product page and at checkout.

2. Ordering

1. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We're sorry, but once you receive your confirmation email, we can’t cancel or modify your order.

2. How do I return an item?

Please wait for your order to arrive, and then check our Returns/Exchanges section for simple instructions.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

Once you’ve received your confirmation, it’s usually too late to change your address. However, you can update it through the tracking link after it’s shipped. If you need help, feel free to reach out to Customer Service at liaison@carnebollente.com!

4. I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

No problem! First, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, just email us at liaison@carnebollente.com with your name and order email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

5. Do you restock sold-out items?

While most sold-out items stay that way, if something is returned, it might become available again. We recommend following us on social media for updates on restocks!

6. What if my payment processed but my order wasn’t transmitted?

In this case, your bank will typically issue a refund within about a week. If you don’t see it after that, please contact your bank and let us know at liaison@carnebollente.com—we're here to help!

7. Does placing an item in my cart guarantee it will be available?

Unfortunately, items in your cart aren’t guaranteed. You'll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is complete.

3. Shipping

When is my order shipped?

Processing Time:
We process orders within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a bit longer.

Free delivery on orders over €300.

All orders are shipped via an international trackable courier service, and you will receive a tracking notification once your order is shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us at liaison@carnebollente.com.
We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays in France.

UPS Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days – $25

Free Shipping: On orders over $300

Duties: Orders under $800 are duty-free, but taxes may apply.

Japan:

UPS Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days – ¥3,500

Free Shipping: On orders over ¥30,000

VAT and Duties: Not included.

South Korea

UPS Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days - ₩35,000

Free Shipping: On orders over ₩350,000

VAT and Duties: Not Included

UK:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days – €20

Free Shipping: On orders over €300

VAT and Duties: Not included.

Switzerland / Norway:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days – €20

Free Shipping: On orders over €300

VAT and Duties: Not included.

Rest of the World:

Standard/Express Delivery: 3-5 business days – €30

Free Shipping: On orders over €300

VAT and Duties: Not included.

All orders ship from our warehouse in France within about 2 business days (pending payment clearance). During peak periods, such as launches and sales, delays of up to 7 days may occur. Delivery times are guidelines and do not include potential delays from payment authorization or customs clearance.

Do I need to pay Tax & Duty?

EU: VAT included, no additional charges.

Outside EU: VAT not included; customers are responsible for VAT and customs duties.

UK: For purchases under £135, VAT included. Over £135, VAT excluded; customs duties apply.

Carne Bollente is not responsible for additional charges. If an order is refused due to unexpected fees, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping and any associated fees.

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Each item features a size guide on its product page for your reference. We recommend checking the size guides before purchase, even if you're a returning customer, as sizing can vary by season or collection.
