SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price**. All orders are shipped with international courier traceable service. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is shipped*. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please contact email@example.com.
* Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or public holidays in France.

DELIVERY TIMES & STATUS
The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Orders are prepared and dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France approximately within 2 business days (subject to payment clearance). At peak times, such as launch dates and sales seasons, there may be delays up to 7 days in order shipment. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with instructions on how to track and collect it.
However, delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or destination customs clearance.
INFORMATION FOR ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
Duties fees and taxes may apply to your order once it reaches your country. Carne Bollente cannot predict as it is NOT responsible for paying these additional charges or customs procedures. Carne Bollente recommends that you contact your local Customs office to receive additional information. If an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, Carne Bollente reserves the right to charge for shipping costs both ways, as well as any additional fee that might occur.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the Buyer is unhappy with a product purchased, we will be happy to refund or exchange for another item. Items must be returned by the buyer in their original unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, enclosing a copy of the invoice. Please note that SALE items are not eligible for a return/refund but we can exchange (subject to stock availability).
Apparel: all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.
Damaged/defective items: if you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue.

We offer a free return for customers in France. International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local postal services.

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
